WALT work together as a group to prepare and sample some greek food.
Nau mai, haere mai, welcome to our blog. We are a small reo rua (bilingual) class of year 4-6 tamariki in Ōtautahi. Our blog is a way that we can share our learning with the world and it gives our tamariki an authentic audience. It is also a place for us to trial new and exciting technology. Please leave us a comment and follow us if you want to see more of what we are doing. Mauri ora

ReplyDeleteMy name is Tania and I am part of the team of Manaiakalani Outreach Facilitators who work in lots of different schools with teachers and students using chromebooks. I really like the way you have used the process of learn, create, share with your greek cooking! I wish I was there for the share part. Your food looks delicious:-) I think the spinach pie would have been my favourite as I don't eat meat. Has anyone tried out the recipes with their whānau at home?
Tania
Kia ora Tania, thank you for you comment. Yes the share part was the best, the tamariki loved trying all the new food and decided that the spinach pie was the tastiest too. I think all the feta and ricotta cheese made it yummy. What a great idea to try the recipes out at home, something for us to follow up with.
