Here is another workout to try ... even get your whole whanau involved!

pushups (on knees if you need to)

squats

pushups
DONE! :)
Make sure you keep count, be honest, keep time and see who can finish it the fastest while keeping safe (knees out when you are squatting).
If the squirrels can do it you can do it!
